Privacy Policy
Last updated: 31 May 2026
This policy explains how the Threlmark website (threlmark.com) and the Threlmark application handle your information. In short: the website uses no cookies, analytics, or third-party trackers, and the application is local-first — your roadmap data never leaves your device.

2. The Threlmark application is local-first
The Threlmark app stores all of its data as plain JSON files on your own computer (by default under ~/.threlmark). It has no user accounts and no cloud backend. It does not collect, transmit, or share your projects, roadmaps, or any content you create. Backups and synchronisation of that folder are entirely under your control.
3. This website
The public website is a set of static pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, and loads no third-party resources (fonts, scripts, and styles are served from the same site). We do not build profiles of visitors.
Server log files
When you visit the site, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information in server log files — for example your IP address, the date and time of the request, the page requested, and your browser/operating system. This processing is based on our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) in operating and securing the website. These logs are not combined with other data and are retained only as long as necessary for security and operational purposes.
Hosting
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich (Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany). The provider processes the technical data described above on our behalf as a data processor.
4. Contacting us
If you email us at contact@threlmark.com, we process the data you provide (your email address and the content of your message) solely to handle your request, based on Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR. We delete such correspondence once it is no longer needed.
5. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your personal data, and to object to its processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address above.
6. Changes
We may update this policy to reflect changes to the website or legal requirements. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
